6:04 pm - Bonus!

Yeah, I filed my taxes through TurboTax for the Web and it all went rhough showing no charge...I wondered what was up until I read the FAQ.

What is the Quicken Tax Freedom Project (QTFP)?
The Quicken Tax Freedom Project is Intuit's philanthropic program to give back to the community. If you (and your spouse, if married) earned less than $25,000 in adjusted gross income (that is, income after tax deductions), you can use TurboTax for the Web or TurboTax EZ to prepare and file your federal and one state return at no cost.

If you're one of the more than 56 million American taxpayers with an adjusted gross income of $25,000 or less, you qualify for free online tax preparation and filing through the Quicken Tax Freedom Project. If you qualify for QTFP, you can take advantage of all of the functionality of TurboTax for the Web, including the Automated Tax Return. Plus, you can electronically file your return, slashing the time it takes to get your refund from six weeks to as little as 10 days.

So, if any of you still have to do taxes, here's your chance to do it the easy way and do it for free. Hell, this is the best $30 I didn't have to spend...
